• Action Learning in face-to-face and online modes including teaching others how to do Action Learning

• Researching the use of Second Life as a professional learning venue for the Queensland State Government, Australia.
• Professional development of faculty, marketing staff and alumni for the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
• Action Learning program about using Second Life in educational settings for a group of international participants.
• Project Management of the Second Life assets of the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.

Volunteer work:

• Support of teacher professional associations wanting to establsih services for members in Second Life.
• Hosting  a community of practice for "geeks" in Second Life to promote the development of open source tools for educators and residents in Second Life
• Member of the Kuurian Expedition, an international research community exploring the potential of 3D virtual worlds,  in Second Life and World of Warcraft
